Clear to Close!
The Finish LineThis is the moment we've been working toward! "Clear to Close" means your loan is fully approved, and we're ready for the final step. We'll do a final walkthrough of the property and then head to the title company for you to sign the closing documents. Once the loan funds, the house is officially yours.
